Graphics... It's awfully tempting to take all the hundreds of links I have to graphics sites and just paste them here. But, instead, I'm going to post them in smaller bunches - too many graphics all at once will turn your brain to mush. Also, I'm not going to list the same old stuff you find on every graphic link page. I'll be posting unique and unusual sites - you don't want your stuff to look like everyone else's, do you? Let's start with these...Click here to access website templates that can be adapted for ebooks. Acid Fonts, home to over 4700 free fonts for all you free fontaholics. Free Images- Not just another clipart graphic site!.... more than 2500 original stock photos all for FREE! Royalty Free Art Our FREE WEB GRAPHICS include backgrounds (with left side borders), buttons, photos, fine art by John James Audubon, clip art, and more! We also have FREE SOFTWARE and DESKTOP GOODIES such as ScreenPrint Gold, Browser Skins, Favicons (for MS IE 5.0), Screensavers (for Windows 95/98/NT4) and other goodies! Go the the main FREE page for a list. Free ClipArt Network - This is one of my favorite clipart sites. Everything's categorized and the link will take you right to the categories page. You can also find backgrounds, icons and animated gifs here. FreeImages.com - Free photos and backgrounds. Be sure to check out their links page for more sites to visit. Microsoft Design Gallery - Own anything by Microsoft? Then you can download all kinds of graphics stuff from the Design Gallery. They've got photos, clipart, gifs, etc. You should be able to find just about anything here. Web ClipArt at About.com - a top site. but you have to deal with a lot of popups. The guides at About.com put a lot of time and effort into their sites (I should know - I used to be an About.com guide!) and it shows. Be sure to check out all the categories in the left hand Subjects column. Realm - Realm has some very nice looking pages. Clean, crisp, and easy to navigate. They also have a good collection of backgrounds, balls, lines, buttons, and much more. They've even got a few "design sets." Bimsan - This is an unusual site. Very clean and appealing with some very unusual stuff. Be sure to check out his borders, and ready made sites. Graphics Station - The usual graphics stuff, but also some animated stuff and some originals. Good collection of links. Website Designs - try their collection of page sets, some unusual buttons, and their backgrounds! Graphic Star - these two sisters have come up with some good looking and unique stuff. Backgrounds by Frankie - Tonight is my night for unusual sites. There are animal sets, buttons, backgrounds, well - just about everything. Plan on downloading! |
