HTML...

There "seem" to be a lot of HTML tutorials on the Web. Most are either too simplistic, or they're so complex you need a degree in computer science just to read them. I can't believe that someone would actually put up a page (and I mean a "page" - 1 screen!) of a couple of HTML tags and call it an HTML tutorial!

I found one tutorial, though, that was so outstanding, I simply had to include it here. This is by the Maricopa Center for Learning and Instruction in Arizona. Though it is available on their site, I mirrored it here for convenience. Start tutorial!

Well, not 10 minutes after I wrote up the listing above, I found another excellent tutorial! This one is a bit more casual than the one above - matter of fact, it's a lot more casual, but it's well written and will certainly keep you entertained! Try it!

Here are some additional downloadable HTML tutorials. I'm not real sure where each of them came from - I just kind of picked them up on my wanderings around the Web. I do know, though, that they are all free.

This one is pretty basic - designed for a "quick start" - almost too minimalistic for today. Try it, though - it might be just what you need to get going... Download tutorial.zip

The HTML Reference Library - Good reference library in helpfile format. Also has some goodies in the package! Download htmlib95.zip

This one is a multimedia presentation (almost an ebook!) on HTML for "children and adults." Worth a look! Download htmltut.zip
