There's all kinds of free software on the Web that will do just about anything you want. These are a bunch of graphic and HTML aids that will help in creating your ebooks. All of the software here is freeware - and pretty good stuff! (The descriptions are those used by the authors, not me.)

This is really a GREAT program, that REALLY could be compared with programs like Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW. In fact what these programs can do, the GIMP can do. With all these features included the program and the best thing: IT'S FREE!! For detailed information you should ask Tor Lillqvist who made the GIMP Windows-compatible.

BRSetup.exe - Browser Resolutions is freeware utility that helps webmasters to see how their sites looks in different resolutions. Available resolutions are 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1152x864, 1280x1024, 1600x1200 and WebTV.

This is done by splitting each document into smaller HTML documents, and by linking these documents together. A lot of documents are asking to be published on the Internet. But when large documents are directly converted to the HTML format, the resulting pages are not easy to read. Reading them goes with a lot of scrolling. Therefore, documents often need to be split up. You can do this by hand, but you can also let your computer do it, using the HTML Splitter program.
